Returns and refunds
Toyella’s Terms & Conditions state the following:
8. Returns Policy
8.1 Toyella’s returns policy, which is in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, is as follows:
8.1.1 Within seven (7) working days beginning with the day after the day of receipt of any Product, you may exercise your right of cancellation in respect of such Product by sending us written notice of cancellation by emailing email@example.com
8.1.2 You must promptly return the Products to Toyella at your cost.
8.1.3 Toyella will refund your payment for such Product including delivery cost from Toyella to you.
In simple terms: During the year, if you change your mind after receiving the order, get it back to us in original condition within 7 days and we'll give you your original money back. You have to pay for getting it to us though.
We understand that from as early as October customers are purchasing for Christmas and these products are not opened until 25th December.
So in the last period of the year we apply discretion to extend our returns timescale. Again, as long as the products are in their original condition, we will accept returns after Christmas.
How to return items
Email us and we will send you a return address to post items back to.
Please include your full name and/or order number so we can trace the original order details.
You will be refunded back to the same credit/debit card you paid on. Refunds are made immediately once we receive the returned items and it may take 5 to 10 days for the refund to display on your bank statements. We will email you to confirm that goods have been received and refunds made.
