'What Time is It?' is a great time telling game from New York based toy designers eeBoo.
The game comprises four different clock faces with moveable hands and a pack of game cards showing various times. The cards are coloured differently to indicate their levels of difficulty allowing the game to be tailored to the level of the players. A score card is also included to keep tally.
There are two ways to play the game; learning and speed.
For the learning game all players have a clock face. The cards are shuffled and one is drawn showing the digital time. All players move the hands of the clock to show the correct time, when ready the correct time is revealed and points are awarded accordingly. The winner is the first to reach 25 points.
In the speed game a card is drawn and players compete to adjust their hands to the correct time as fast as they can. When finished the player must make the noise of their clock and place their clock on the table. As with the learning game the correct time is then shown and points are awarded accordingly. The winner is the first to reach 25 points.
The 'What Time is It?' game is a fun way of teaching children how to tell the time. The simplicity of the game, along with its various levels of difficulty, means that children will pick up on how to play quickly.
As with all products in the EeBoo range the 'What Time is It?' game is inspired by traditional games and features beautiful, fun illustrations.
