Mikido

Mikido from Active People Toys is a juggling style toy for younger children. Based on poi spinning the Mikido encourages creativity through expressive movement.

Children spin the Mikido by long cords and combine this with movements and routines. There are many benefits to the spinning - even from the basics. Using the Mikido develops spatial awareness, stimulates both sides of the brain and helps children to gain confidence by way of a new and exciting activity.

Each Mikido is made up from a long cord attached to a stuffed pouch which features a fun cartoon face. A number of coloured ribbons make the tail which enhances the swinging motions.
