Christmas and New Year deliveries
All orders now taken will arrive after Christmas.
We continue to take orders over Christmas and New Year but our normal delivery timeframes will be longer than usual to allow for the UK national holidays. If you have any questions on arrival dates please email us.

Working hours and processing times
Toyella's working times are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm only. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be treated as an order on the next working day.
Please take these working times into account when calculating your delivery requirements.

The day or time of day for deliveries cannot be 100% guaranteed or predicted.
Not at home
Our delivery timeframes assume the delivery address is occupied.
Some of our carriers are happy to leave packages without the request of signatures. They will also leave parcels with neighbours where appropriate. This service is not guaranteed however and in some conditions parcels may be returned to depot for a second delivery attempt the following day.
Royal Mail may leave a delivery card for you to re-organise local delivery or collection from your local depot.
UK delivery options
Free delivery
Toyella offers free 3 - 6 working day delivery on orders being delivered to the UK. Lighter orders are sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail, take approximately 3 working days and do not include a tracking service. During December Royal Mail may take 4 to 7 days to deliver. Orders weighing over 1kg are sent via MyHermes, take approximately 4 to 6 working days and are tracked.
UK 2 day delivery
Sent via either Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special delivery. If you order after 3pm the following day will class as the first working day. Some remote areas of the UK may take longer to deliver.

Sent via Parcel Force. If you order after 3pm the following day will class as the first working day. Some remote areas of the UK may take longer to deliver.
Delivery to EU countries
The Toyella website supports delivery to mainland EU countries.
Lighter orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure signed for service and take approximately 5 working days. Above 2kg orders are required to be sent via DHL and take approximately 3 working days. The Toyella basket calculates your order weight automatically and adjusts delivery fees accordingly.
Please contact us in advance if you require delivery to EU countries not listed on our website, e.g. Greece, as we may or may not be able to deliver depending on your exact location within these countries.
Delivery to outside of the EU
We can deliver outside of the EU depending on the items you wish to order and the destination country. Heavy or bulky items may incur significant courier charges while lighter items can in some cases be shipped via Royal Mail Air Mail cost effectively.
Please email us your requirements in advance and we'll be happy to quote delivery.
Please note however, outside of the EU you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged to you directly by your own country's customs departments.
