Who can buy & how to pay

Mainland UK and other mainland European Union countries:

Our prices and delivery terms are based on deliveries to Mainland UK and selected other mainland European Union countries.

Non-European Union countries

We are willing to consider deliveries to outside of Mainland UK and other mainland European Union countries on a case by case basis but they may incur extra delivery costs and custom delivery charges. Non EU requests must first be emailed to sales@toyella.com. Please let us know what you are interested in and the destination address so we can quote delivery charges for you.

Currency

The Toyella website currently only processes orders in £ Sterling. If you pay using non-sterling payment card you are likely to be charged separate and additional currency conversion fees by the card issuer.

Toyella will be able to take payment in Euros in early 2012.

Collection of money

Card payments:

For online transactions through WorldPay money is collected at the point of order. It may take several days to appear as a debit from your account but this date does not represent the date of our processing and dispatch (for more information see our 'Delivery' section).

Toyella have partnered with WorldPay to ensure an easy, safe and secure buying experience. WorldPay are a world leading payment provider and your payment card details will be processed by their service. Toyella itself will not capture or store your payment card information.

Cash and cheque payments:

Toyella cannot accept payment with cash or cheque.

Payments over the telephone:

We are happy to take a card payment over the phone if you are unsure about the payment process or if you have forgotten verification passwords (we don't need them for telephone payments). Call us free on 0800 542 6857 and we can arrange for payment this way.

Packaging

Toyella prides itself in making sure your products reach you in the best possible condition.

We outer wrap the manufacturer's own packaging with Toyella's own packing materials. Each consignment is enclosed in quality packaging materials to ensure the products arrive undamaged and ready for gift wrapping.

We use paper based packing including paper parcel tape. The void fill product we use to cushion products in their parcels is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable.

Returns and refunds

You are entitled to return purchases within 7 days.
